Our Story

Founded on Precision. Built for Partnership.

Located in the heart of the world's almond capital, California Custom Processing (CCP) was founded on a simple principle: providing the highest level of precision in almond manufacturing. While many processors focus on volume alone, we focus on the details.

We understand that every client has a unique specification. Whether you are a boutique snack brand or a global food manufacturer, our facility is engineered to provide custom solutions that maintain the integrity, flavor, and nutritional value of the California almond.

From our earliest days as a Central Valley processor to our current position as a leader in solar-powered sustainable manufacturing, our commitment has never wavered: your specification is our standard.

"Our mission is simple: we cultivate an environment where our employees thrive, enabling us to provide exceptional value to our customers. We succeed only when our customers succeed. Guided by a deep sense of social responsibility, we are committed to environmental stewardship, fair economic practice, rigorous safety standards, and treating every individual with integrity."
